At Keychain HQ, we want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If it’s not hitting the way you expected, no worries! We’ve got you covered.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return it.

Return Requirement's

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required*

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Gift Cards
• Mystery Boxes/Bags
• Digital Downloads 
• Subscriptions 
  

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at refunds@keychainhq.shop

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Please not that shipping costs are non-refundable  
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
• Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in denied future returns
• A 10% restocking fee could be added 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Refunds

• Refunds are only issued if a replacement or store credit cannot be provided.
• Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and cancellations are not guaranteed.
